“iPhone Apps are my Crack”

My pal Joe Magennis does a weekly podcast called “Overflow” with Cameron Watson and it’s a must listen if you’re into the tech/geek/marketing space.

This week is all about the iPhone App platform, but they do a great job of covering various topics:

iPhone Apps are my Crack | Overflow: “This week our topic is about the iPhone apps that we are using and how the device has changed our lives. “

We all need more podcasts to listen to, so add this one up to your queue along with GeekCast, GeekTo.Me and AffiliateThing.

Plus, the music on Overflow is A+ b/c of Joe’s excellent taste.

  1. Sam — thanks for the comments. My musical choices are always made to keep up with the high bar that you've established…. I do try to match the topic of the episode to the selection because it will set a tone for whats to follow. It might be a lyric or genre or something that helps (in a subtle way) the topic along. Intros & Outros are probably something that a lot of podcasters might take for granted. In my mind, they really finish off the product being produced. Thanks for all of your insights. BTW, I agree I'm always looking for new podcasts to listen to and would love a nice shared list of suggestions … So I started a moderated Magnolia Group under my name called Podcasts. If you want to start putting it out there we can get a good Group list going and stay on top of the amazing stuff being created. What do you think? I think it's worth compiling a good list.

  3. Sam .. It's at http://ma.gnolia.com/groups/Podcasts .. I've got it set as Moderated so we don't get it stuffed up with trashy stuff from everywhere. Let's get folks to join the Group and then add what they are listening to.
