  1. Looks more like a device issue. You barely have any signal connection to your WI-FI spot. I haven’t had any issues.

  2. Not a device issue since it worked after I reinstalled. And wifi shouldn't have anything to do with a sync since I've sync'd many times over Edge service.

  3. I would agree, but in your pic it shows your using wifi not Edge service. You probably got a better connection when you reinstalled it and it worked.

  4. That was in our basement. I get great reception in our office where I had been trying to get it to sync earlier (and after pic was taken) to no luck. Sure, the reception was low there but that wasn't the variable accounting for the app not working anywhere else.
